Face Pack For Oily Skin -
  This is the pack we used when we had pimples. Lets start with the pack for the Oily face
(1).Take 6 table spoons full of gramm pulse ( this is yellow in color and other name for it is yellow split chhana dal ). You find it in Indian or Chinese grocery stores. Grind it in the grinder. Mix half teaspoon of turmeric powder in it. Put it in air tight  container. This powder can give you 3  packs. Take out  1/3rd part of powder put it in a  bowl. Mix half spoon of plain yogurt (fat free yogurt preferred ) or one spoon of lime juice. Mix some milk (if you mix yogurt) or water( doesn't matter you use yogurt or lime) to make a paste(should be approx. as thick tomato puree). Apply it for around 15 min. on your face like other face packs. If you have acne problem it is not for you. If your pores are opened, I think don't use lime juice. As it will feel like your skin is burning. After you apply the pack if your face feels like burning. Wash your face immediately. This pack is for very minor pimples and even you don't have pimples you can use it. It will leave you with cleaner face.

For Dry Skin-
(2). For dry skin basic ingedients channa dal and turmeric powder are same as above.  In channa dal and termeric powder, mix half tea spoon of milk cream and rest of water if required. Apply as the above.I would love to hear from you about it.

Your best friends and one step easy daily care packs :- Applying cucumber juice or carrot juice on the face, provides vitamins to skin. 
  Wash it off after 20 minutes.(best)
- Egg white and honey make a good face pack.
- Apply mashed bananas along with milk on face and wash it off after 20 minutes.
Result:  skin smooth and helps to reduce wrinkles.

Face scrub:
- Oatmeal flour , pinch of Turmeric powder with milk and apply on the face. 
   Scrub it off  before you wash with cold water.
You can also let this pack overnight to make the skin tight and wash it off in the morning in this case.
     You could add two drops of Lemons as it has exfoliating properties. Oil could be used in the pack for body scrub.
  Result:
  It removes the tan and helps to reduce the facial hair. 
- Mix Sandalwood paste and rose water and apply on the scars. Keep it overnight  on the face and  wash it off with cold water the next day. 
Result: This is perfect remedy to get rid of  ugly acne scars
-Apply raw sliced potato on the face.
Result: Reduces blemishes and other scars as it has bleaching properties..
-Dried orange peels mixed with yogurt and pinch of turmeric powder pack  helps reduce blemishes and scars. 
Wash it off after 15 - 20 minutes or when your skin feels tight,with cold water.
- Applying cucumber juice on the face provides vitamins to skin. 
Wash it off after 20 minutes
-Egg white and honey make a good face pack.
Result:  skin smooth and helps to reduce wrinkles.
Hair care:
Condition your hair with the juice of one lemon mixed with a glass of lukewarm tea water or get rid of dandruff by rubbing your scalp with hot oil and lemon juice.
Henna powder mixed with hair oil, lemon Juice and tea water's paste By applying and washing it off from your hair after 2 to 3 hours will give nice tan to your brown  and black hair and will condition them to protect from Sun ultra waves.

You asked: My hair is thin, some dandruff, pls suggest diet, do's, dont's, remedies, for these prob areas.- Riya
-If your hair are naturally thin, there is not much you can do but it is good to try following: Apply oil once in a week at least for a day or few hours before washing your hair. Wash your hair with tea water once in a week. Egg Yoke pack for dry hair and Egg white for oilly hair is good. Apply it and once it dries out(approx 1/2 hour to 2 hours) 
-Don't wash your hair with hot water, it can couse dandruff and can cause split ends.
Wash your hair twice a week with luck warm or fresh water
Eat  food which contains iron such as, in vegies Beens, spinech, Broccoli, black channa.
non veg: lamb, chicken (liver contains most iron).

Some useful remedies For you to Quick view and book mark: If you have sensitive skin,you may be  allergic  to some ingredients; such as eggs, lemons, potato,flour, etc. Check with your dermatologist if you are not sure you can use certain ingredients. Patch test is recommended.
** 
if you are allergic to some fruits and food chances are you already know which one are those. You  would not like to take chance of rashes and other problem caused by these remedies, which may last for couple of hours  or more,  will cause itching and burning sensation and may not cause any damage.
-Cucumber juice, lemon, tomato are an excellent astringent.
Fruits and veggies, we all know are good for us. we should eat them too. Even though these packs are good for you skin but one thing you should not forget to eat sufficient amount of raw vegetables,fruits and milk. If they suit your body. They make you look beautiful because our body needs calcium, vitamins, protein and iron and other minerals.
*Do you know 4 carrots are equal to one apple? 
Carrot makes your skin healthy if you eat them, can be eaten raw. Pack them for your snack and for your kids snack.

Lemon and tomato is not suitable for everyone as it has very strong chemical properties.We should  dilute them before we use them in our packs.
