At Sondarya, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping and return policy below before placing your order.

Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

During new launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

(International shipping may be added in the future.)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:

3–7 business days (depending on your location and carrier performance).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Sondarya is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Sondarya is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or lost packages.

However, we will gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim whenever possible.

Shipping of Skincare & Bath Products

Our products are carefully packaged to prevent leakage and damage.

Because our products may contain natural ingredients and oils, exposure to extreme heat during transit may affect texture or appearance. This does not impact product safety or performance.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

We do offer a small size for your first purchase.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

Reporting a Problem

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Approved Returns

If your return is approved:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You will receive return instructions by email

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Opened soaps, bath bombs, or personal care items

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once production or fulfillment has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Allergies & Ingredient Sensitivities

We recommend reviewing all ingredient listings before purchasing.

Sondarya is not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities.

How long does my order take to ship?

Any order will be shipped with in a week from the day of order. In most of the cases it take only two days to custom create and label.

Sample?

We ship sample at nominal S&H fee. More the product lower the shipping cost.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not at this time, May be in future.

What is your return policy? 

We recommend order a sample before buying a large quantity. Treasure box is created just for this purpose at 50% off for your first order.
